extremely disappointed. we agreed on a deal, and I even transferred the deposit. however, the seller cancelled the deal after some time. while the deposit was returned, it was a total waste of time. would not recommend dealing with this seller if you want a guaranteed transaction, as the deposit does not matter at all.
