交收過程多番波折，貨物不齊全，念在賣家有禮，也協助解決問題，但整體上難以合格。 我向賣家購買一張小童床，我於交收前一星期已多次提醒他幫忙拆開床架後拍照，好讓我預備車尾空間，但我直到交收時間前不夠兩小時才收到賣家通知，他未能成功拆開床架，要我臨時約貨van。司機到達賣家地址後，大半小時仍未出發，我致電司機才知道賣家未能將床搬出單位，要司機上門幫助，最後遲了約一小時才送到，大大影響我當日的行程。 到貨後，賣家提出可用他手機號碼PayMe或轉數快收款，我多次嘗試後未能成功，再問賣家後才得悉該號碼未能收款，賣家再提議銀行轉帳並給我銀行號碼及名字，但該號碼及名字並不吻合，多次轉帳亦未能成功。之後賣家再給我另一個對的銀行號碼，最終共試了十多次才成功轉帳，浪費買家時間。 安裝時我發現缺少了一床欄。賣家初時表示肯定已送齊件上van，回家檢查後才發現該床欄還在賣家單位，我要另約日子自取，再次浪費買家時間。
