The groomers are very patient with my two cats eventhough they aren't easy. They could even handle my super anxious cat! The whole groom took about 2 hours and they cleaned up after themselves so no need to do major cleaning. Highly recommend for those who want the convenience of having the groom at home and for those who have cats who are scared of going out.
