The deal was already reserved and it was meant for my daughter. We have communicated for past few days and today by right is the collection day and yet told me that the ticket was SOLD out! This is really bad ethic, be it yourself or your friend whom is handling the deal. In the first place if can’t commit, then don’t commit and make us skip all other offers while waiting to pick up on Today! I strongly believe you or your friends knew it BUT chose to ignore and only tell us today. V BAD EXP!!!!
