Wrote a wrong number of a tower in address field ( it was absolutely my fault!) and watch strap was sent back to seller by sg post. I have contacted seller and Seller told he can’t do anything an item is lost. That’s it. I think some kind of customer care and insurance needed in every case but at least seller should give it a try to solve if there is an issue using a kind style of communication.
