I didn’t realize collecting a worn-out fan involved a 1-star penalty for not being a mind reader. I had thanked you in person, but I apologize that my walking speed from the MRT didn't meet your 'sitting at home' standards. I was navigating the commute while you were at the door—perhaps next time, a little more empathy for the person doing the actual travelling (and the heavy lifting) would be better than an impatient 1-star review.
