Had a good initial impression of the seller during collection. However, I later realised the product received was not what was agreed upon in our chat. When I politely sought guidance, his response felt condescending and he assumed I had not done my research. I was taken aback by the tone, as I was simply trying to clarify the situation and find a resolution.
