VERY DISHONEST! She didnt disclose that the item was a US unit. Because I wasnt told it needs a transformer, the item blew out and ALMOST SET MY HOUSE ON FIRE. To make it worse, she edited the listing to include the US origin AFTER I complained to make it look like it was my fault. But I have the screenshot of the posting before she edited it. I sent it to her. She got mad and even gaslighted me.

Buyer bought the item w/o questions. When she received it, she used it immediately w/o checking first. The voltage is indicated on the plug already. She broke the item and insisted a full refund + sf. I agreed to send a refund but not the full amount bcos it was her fault that the item broke. She keeps on blaming me, & doesnโt want to take accountability about her fault. Even accused me of editing my listing. To end the argument, I asked for her details for full refund, but did not reply.
