BTW, the delivery takes a week because of Q-delivery’s cancellation once and there’s a weekend in between when they don’t collect. Also, you got a discount for the products and FREE DELIVERY. I kept you updated for every step: tracking bill generation, their cancellation, and new bill, and when they picked up. You were OK with all that. I feel sorry for people who have to deal with horrible behavior like yours. If you can’t control your self, honest suggestion, go seek help from psychologist.

I feel pity for you as now you have to keep the wrong product cuz you refuse any other way of making it better with decent way of communication.
