Do not deal with this guy. Replies to messages at a pace he deems fit and totally isn't sincere about dealing. Arranged meetups and changed meetup timing as much as 3 times because he will say he cannot make it because of work. When he says he will contact you, it's bullshit. If stuff as simple as time management you can't even handle, please just do everyone a favor to stay quiet and not offer. Advice to the rest will be to Deal with him if you have plenty of time to waste.
