Had already told buyer that the cookies will be different as she wanted a sugar cookie. Therefore it will be cruncher and whiter than the picture. She was okay with that but when the cookies turned out on that description, did not like them. I also showed her the measurements which were different from the photo and she was okay. I have photos of the cookies I gave you and the conversation which we had to justify my efforts.
The gingerbread man were disappointing, the children I gave at xmas eve dinner didn't bother to take them home. It's not about the taste, cos none of us tasted it. It is more about the look. It is a skinny short and tiny gingerbread man which looked completely different from the seller's profile photo. regardless of if they are sugar based or ginger based, the look itself was already disappointing. Such a heart broken xmas for me.
