Easygoing buyer, I checked that both keyboard and mouse were working well, provided brand new batteries and all tracking info

Follow-up review

Buyer left a 1-star review saying that the item was not new. I have opened the pack to test the keyboard and mouse as the buyer asked if it was working well. And I have informed the buyer that both items were tested. I have even provided a brand new batteries. The protection on the keyboard is still there. And I had left a 5-star review not being aware of such a situation. Buyer is now blocked.
