a buyer who nitpicks into the deepest detail. bought an ipad at $210 w discount. dealing no problem checked for a good 30 minutes. no dead pixels, no problem with functionality of the ipad. he went home and off all the lights and he said when shut down and on the ipad the ipad screen has a white spot when pressed. btw after on no problem. buyer demands for refund. says that i’m not truthful.
4 months ago (edited)Thank you for your response. However, not seeing issues under bright MRT lighting does not mean the device is defect-free. Problems like yellow tint or screen spots are only visible in low light and should have been disclosed. Listing it as “lightly used” without full inspection or disclosure is not responsible. A lower price does not justify hiding defects. If stated clearly, the buyer could decide fairly. Shifting blame after lack of transparency is unreasonable.
