Seller forgot to include my block number in the address and item came after a week, causing unnecessary stress. She offered to call Singpost to check but there was no update from seller after that. Item was not packed in a proper envelope and was packed in a used plastic carrier. Address was written on a piece of paper and stuck into the plastic carrier.
