The seller accepted my offer with full payment on Sunday. Then 2days later he informed me said the plant had sold by accident over the weekend. Really can't accept this excuse and can't believe it's the truth.

Plant was sold by a friend(sharing the same garden)to a walk-in buyer by accident. This was communicated to Carol as soon as it was discovered and a full refund+apology was given. Mistakes happen and we take that responsibility. As much as we’d hope for Carol’s understanding on the matter, she insinuated that we sold the plant at a higher price to someone else and left a 1 ⭐️ review here(uncalled for). Carol didn’t lose any money nor make any wasted trips. Everything was transparent and prompt.
