You made me offer before even seeing the bag. Upon seeing the bag, I tried it on, both times the handle was too tight, and I did tell you this after. When i was about to make payment i was still deciding if I could make it work as I really wanted it to. I went out of my way to meet you as i was sincere about buying it, but did not turn out like photos. My only regret is not communicating to you about my reservations regarding the handle while trying on. Don’t need to be so mean on your page.

I already sent the parcel out and also sent the buyer mailing proof. As per Carousell’s shipping policy, “In cases of untracked delivery, buyers bear the risk of any lost deliveries”. If she wanted to be safe, she should have opted for tracked delivery. Even though it was no longer my responsibility, I still tried to help her by going down to the post office and contacting the post office multiple times. Never had problems with buyers prior to her. Beware of this buyer, deal at your own risk!
