Hi Bro I'm so sorry for this to happen. Firstly every popmart collector will know that if you have no video proof show to popmart, they won't be refunding you too and it's only for a period of 15 days when purchase. Secondly you are buying a vintage Molly and it's a sealed box, it's not a second hand Molly.
