Bought a laptop from this guy,didn’t allow me to check and was confident everything was working well. Got home and upon charging, speaker was very muffled up and the CPU processor runs way slower then mentioned, charger wasn’t even original from what I see, trackpad setting sensor isn’t working anymore. Couldn’t do anything because he doesn’t want to do a refund,instead asking me to sell it back away on carousel. Disappointed in what seems like a matured gentleman but actually a dishonest man
The specs r stated clearly n the laptop functions as stated. Buyer bought the laptop to run a specific program of his own n found that the performance is not up to his expectations. From there, he has found ways n excuses to seek a refund not because of any issues with the laptop but the fact that his program can’t run to his satisfaction. I have suggested him to increase the ram but he insisted that I gave him a refund. Reasonable? He c no need to test it on the spot, not that I disallowed him.
