The printer works, but the seller’s transparency and attitude were appalling. They hid the fact that essential operating cables were missing. When called out, they became condescending, used flawed logic to blame me, and sent passive-aggressive policy screenshots to avoid accountability (see attached chat proof). Disgraceful integrity. Deal with caution.

I hid nothing, he just refused to ask first please avoid him. He didnt even bother to try the printer out first and then requested a refund unfairly. Nothing broken. He offered me $20 when the listing price was $55. Gave it to him for $35 to be kind as its a old model.When meeting up he asked 0 questions when he could have asked in chat and during meetup? The model of the printer came with no usb cable as its sold seperately. Every accessory that came with the printer was given to him.
