I bought 1 Bleach and 1 Dye from this seller, paid extra for SmartPac postage and was told that delivery is also made on Saturdays. I made payment on 1st June and item was only mailed out on 3rd June and was now told that there is NO delivery on Saturdays. Misleading information, should have just opted for normal mail if I knew that there won't be delivery made on Saturdays. However, the after sales service is pretty good, so worth it! Quality wise, will update once I received It on Monday.

The product did not work. Followed the instructions closely but hair dye colour didnt not come out at all! Not even a tint of it. Run through the process 2nd time but still no use. Really disappointed. Money wasted.
