bought a phone from the seller. made some checks on the phone and paid for it. upon arriving home, notice the phone back cover is slightly dislodged(looks like the adhesive re-glued) informed the seller about it and at first agreed for a refund. subsequently, seller denied it and accused me of dropping the phone. I tried to find a solution to resolve the matter with the seller but seller MIA.

Buyer tested phone: software, screen, casing & agreed to purchase, yet dishonorably reneged against agreed price. I honored my word to selldespite later higher offers, refusing to resell a phone damaged in his possession. He misidentified damage location on WhatsApp, backtracked when shown his own photos (have receipts). 2 shops offered buybacks post-inspection; they won't if back's opened. I stopped responding as he was using AI to chat+ making threats. His other reviews show srs buyer remorse.
Fast reply and pleasant dealing. thank you.
