Though I'd clearly stated that there was no refund allowed on the item and apologised plenty of times, she insisted on a refund because of a tear at the bottom of the bag. She even said that the handle had a tear after I said no to the refund, and posted such feedback on my page when it really did not. Did not tell her that the bag was of good quality but she said I told her me it was on my page too 😔 one should know when better from buying second hand bags and not expect so much from them :(
In the place if it's an honest deal , defect should be highlighted not realised later by buyer..I took pictures of the defects on handle and the bottom to you , not after u refused to refund me. I can understand wear and tear on preloved item but this is torn and Super glued on handle which I cannot accept . You posted the bag was used once or twice so how could it be torn. And you even text me in your msg that is good quality too before I closed deal with you.
