Easy deal without any delay. Buyer came to view and was decisive and arranged the movers to come very quickly.
not a very good experience while dealing and trying to further nego and transfer to me. will not really recommend to deal with him.

Fast and decisive, thanks
after negotiating and making an offer which I accepted, this chap disappeared. if you haven't a plan, please don't make the offer and even negotiate. you inconvenience me and other buyers.
An offer was made and accepted, and he requested me to reserve the item. Suddenly changed his mind on the day of collection. Now unresponsive. Not a reliable buyer!
