Gave false promise "color will reappear under more sun" to sell me unstable, color-faded neoregelia tiger hybrid that faded even further despite following his instructions. Visited his farm and saw his other similar $90 tiger hybrids were all burned and faded to unsellable state (but marked as "sold" here). Asked him for help to troubleshoot, met with slow, evasive, perfunctory and rude replies.
Punctual! Speedy replies ... very easy going guy with Pleasant transaction! hope to deal with him again
