The bags were only used twice and listed as “like new” based on actual condition. I also provided clear, detailed videos of all items prior to the sale. The issue you mentioned is something I wasn’t aware of, as it only appears when pressing a specific part, something I never experienced during my use. You got all the bags valued at ₱21k for ₱15.5k. I even covered ₱470 in shipping and added another ₱300 discount. I made a fair deal and tried to be generous despite your very low offers.

You negotiated heavily from the start, and I still gave way since this was sold as packed. When you raised a concern, I even offered to address this, but you asked for a discount instead - which felt questionable given the generous deal yet I still gave you 300discount. These were pre-loved items sold as-is. I also noticed there were no feedback on the good bags which felt one-sided. I did my best to be honest and fair. I hope fairness goes both ways.
