Ridiculous offer and backout buyer. Im selling for rm2400 and he said he wants to buy for rm2300. I agreed. And then he said rm2200. I said no. Then he said rm2k. The offer gets lower from his intial offer for whatever reason. Then he said he wants it and banking in now, then flaked. A waste of time and effort. Flaker and lowballer. Offered 2600, when agreed will ask to lower. Once lowered to amount he wanted, 2500, when going to deal he wanted to lower to 2450. I ok with that then suddenly want to lower to 2400. Can’t make it then cancel the deal. Such a beggar.
