It was my first time using carousell and I trusted this seller after seeing the good reviews. But, I did not receive the item despite it being shown as successfully delivered. Perhaps there was an issue during delivery, but essentially I paid for NOTHING. Carousell never helped to resolve this despite my item having buyer protection, and seller even claimed i was scamming them by lying about this😂
