Paid seller via paynow the agreed price + smartpac postage fee on Oct 24, yet nvr receive the item and seller ghosted me since Oct 25 despite my numerous msg. Nov 4 I filed a dispute with Carousell and told seller that I would file police report if there is still no reply, then only a swift response from him and eventually got a refund. A good wait of 11 days for nothing. Deal with caution.
