driver and in-charge updated me timely on their whereabouts so meeting them for the first time was very easy. driver always reply to messages promptly and arrive on time. he was also proactive to assist the elderlies to get on the bus and help us with our heavy items. will engage with them again.

Amazing experience with him for HiAce booking with Batam trip as well his associate who is assisting in driving whole day with care and respect in different way..no snake game for this and that,you name it he will make it happened.highly recommended with his party on your adventure with your precious time. 👍👍👍👍👍

Engage uncle sam service in batam. As mentioned by uncle sam that his price is the cheapest and vehicle is clean. The vehicle is really clean and spacious for those with family usage. We appreciate the extra mile effort. Will definitely return with his service.

we are left very satisfied with this transaction. the communication was smooth from the beginning and everything transparent. he was very accommodating to our requests. we asked for a restaurant suggestion and in the end we didn't like it, he immediately came up with an alternative. he wasn't pushy in his suggestions. the car was new and clean. he knew when to interact and when to keep a distance.
