Very bad experience dealing with her. She did not opt for reg mail and accused me for cheating her $30 when she did not receive her parcel by normal mail. I can't possibly be held responsible if SingPost loses any mail or deliver to the wrong address and someone didn't return the parcel. If I refund every customer who claim they never receive, what will happen to me? Who knows if u did receive but claim u didn't? I strongly urge u never ever shop online again or at least pay more for reg mail.
