Poor experience. I sent clear mailing proof which buyer acknowledged. When Singpost failed to deliver, buyer demanded I reimburse the retrieval fee despite me explaining repeatedly that I was not liable for Singpost’s mishandling. She then claimed to have paid for registered mail when she had originally requested and paid for tracked mail. Tracked =/= registered. Sellers, think twice before deal.
The key issue remains that SingPost confirmed the parcel could not be returned because no return address was written on it. The delivery address was also written in pen, which became smudged. If a return address had been provided, the parcel could have been returned instead of requiring paid retrieval. I did not demand reimbursement; I only asked to discuss a fair resolution. Screenshots are available on her site. *Tracked SmartPac was used. Retrieval fee applies once delivery failed.
