Buyer has come up with her own description of what we were selling. We've been very clear and open with her. Her boyfriend even saw the goods. Now is claiming we advertised as a Malvik mattress, when we never did. Sorry to have such an unfortunate transaction. If you send someone as your representative, you jolly we'll make sure that they check what you want. Thank you.
1. you posted a picture of Malvik mattress to describe your item 2. there's a mismatch between original price and your description 3. we did not check earlier as I thought we were dealing in good faith (only saw it unintentionally when I was changing the cover) *if you are selling a Malfors you don't post a picture of Malvik - does it not make sense?*
