Payed this seller and she couldn't find my item which I'm totally fine with, said she'll refund me my money but still hasn't and it's been months :( she's been online but ignoring my messages. Not recommended

Very unhappy! Payed on the 6th of January. Delayed sending twice which I respected tried to get I'm contact multiple times after to see if she had sent the item yet, now been over a month no reply. Haven't received my item or money back. Would not recommended! Not reliable at All.
