Item was not in good condition. Seller could have check and state such condition in remarks before listing.
Item had been checked before listed for sale. In fact it was in brand new condition. The defect only surfaced after you removed the original protective film from the bottom casing. And after u reported the defect, half of the price was refunded to you even without your request as goodwill. If any defect was noticed, i wouldn't even sell that item on Carousell. I welcome my buyers to seek full refund if the item was indeed faulty or reject the item immediately during collection.

FYI, she had waited at the void deck for more than 30mins before she called me to check on your arrival and I have to ask her to approach you. Shame on you as an adult to expect a child to find her way to you instead and complain so much when you did not do your part prior to collection. The bag was not used before and kept in storage. If you are so fussy then please go to a mall and pay to buy one.
