**THIS SELLER SELLS FAKE PRODUCTS !!(missing logo, bad stitching, EVIDENCE below) I bought this as when I chatted to the seller she said it was a preorder from “a warehouse”and was on clearance and therefore it was marked down price.Once I recieved & found out it was fake product (missing logo) and confronted the seller, she said she also didn’t know it was fake (obvious lie) and then ghosted!

Our first ever difficult customer. We follow a standard operating procedure for all transactions, including sending photos to customers prior to collection/mailing for confirmation. Item was sourced direct from factory in batches, passed authenticity checks. Design is seasonal,so limited quantity was on clearance. However, she was still dissatisfied when we offered a goodwill solution to appease her. Totally regret this transaction as others would have better appreciated the item. Never again.
