Seller set timing and location and I agreed to him after work to deal. I reminded him and confirmed we were meeting up 2hours before the deal, and he acknowledged it by stating location. I waited for him for 40mins, and he didnt even reply me at all. Wouldnt be so angry even of he told me on the spot he couldnt make it, instead of making me wait 40mins for him.
