okay update, not very genuine buyer. in the end, complained bike doesn’t work when my daughter had no issue using it. out of goodwill, refunded the full price. keep the bike. don’t waste time.
2 months ago (edited)Your review contradicts itself. You initially said I was a polite and decisive buyer, then suddenly claim I’m “not genuine” simply because I pointed out an issue. The bike was fully charged but dropped to low battery within minutes and couldn’t function properly. That’s a product issue, not a buyer problem. If you were unsure about the battery condition, that should have been disclosed upfront instead of shifting the blame after.

The seller misrepresented the item’s condition. It was described as new, but the mattress has brown stains, the base of the cot is torn, and the sides are yellow. This is clearly not a lightly used item.
