cool buyer. we both had to deal with an irresponsive carousell after the courier rejected picking up the item due to it having no box. this is an odd-shaped item that is easier to transport without the box, but i guess rules are rules for the deliverer. and the buyer had to come all the way from the west to the extreme east where i am to pick it up in the end. carousell, please wake up your idea.
