Listen everyone, never make a deal with this guy, he will make and confirm a deal with you, all the way till the last day, then he'll last minute pull out. He has no courtesy and principle, and let's selfishness get the better of him. Again everyone, don't do business with this guy.

Asked him for timing. He said 3pm I said okay. He said 330, I said okay. He said 4pm. Last warning, sellers like this beware. He can change all the way till 10 pm I tell you.
