BEWARE! I accepted the offer but the buyer did not show up for the 1st appointment. After many attempts I finally reached the buyer and was told that he could not make it. The buyer agreed to reschedule the appointment to view and collect the item. But upon meeting said that he would only collect the next day. The next day just before the appointment I contacted the buyer to confirm the meeting only to be told that they had changed their mind about the purchase.
