- doesn't negotiate on meetup place, insist on King Albert station - ask for lower price and mail delivery - made offer on my proposed price with postage + handling costs - backed out on the offer by saying 'didn't meant it, it's for another offer', when it's an explicit action on that exact price - didn't respond when I tried to start another discussion to renegotiate UPDATE: - finally a successful transaction after more 'negotiations' - changing this feedback from negative to Neutral

This is 1st time I give a negative feedback to someone. A tricky buyer. Try to confuse you on lower price by adding up a register post and item. Keep saying that will transfer money on the certain date but did not do so. Wasting ppl time, of holding the item for him. Would have sold to other buyer already if not accepted his offer.
