Punctual and friendly buyer

1st meetup, no response no show. I waited 3 hours for him. he replied saying he was there but his app was updating so he couldn't inform me. sure. 2nd meetup, he was late and i was fine with it. he took a long time to respond and inform his location, and I had to go get cash for him while he ignored my texts and stood around. actually had the audacity to say "what took you so long" during meetup, excuse me? A horrible experience with buyer. rude and ill-mannered both in text and in person.
