Despite clearly agreeing to dismantle and move the couch independently, she expected my family to assist on the day which was not appreciated. She also attempted to negotiate the price down upon seeing the item, even though it was in excellent condition as described. Would recommend coming prepared with the necessary tools and help arranged in advance. Would not sell to this buyer again.
