Buyer gave last minute notice to bring forward agreed time of meeting in less than 15 mins and ended up not appearing at previously agreed time of transaction. If buyer was in a rush should have said so earlier in the morning instead of telling last minute and suddenly pushing forward and giving limited time for seller to respond. Deal at your own risk
