Very negative experience. No integrity & sincerity. Confirmed the deal and offered to meet within 1 hour at his condo. He said to deal 3 days later. A day before I asked to change meet up date or I get grab delivery to collect from him. Without notice, he sold to another buyer at a higher price. Lame excuse it was complex for delivery and that he would be cheated, the fact being paid upfront.
