I took photos of every angle/detail of the bag.Send all videos via Viber Po. Paano ko Po malalaman Ang replaced sa Hindi eh 2nd hand ko din Po nabili yun bag as stated. I'm not the one who have it replaced at napakaganda Ng pagkakagawa so no idea. Kung seller ka man at super sensitive, please do your due diligence before buying the bag. Hindi Yun after 1 week Saka ka mag-complain, di ko na din alam if may nangyari na dun sa bag. Mababa ko din Siya binenta dahil Sabi mo seller ka.
