I never came across buyer who is so irresponsible. Agreed with the price, she sent me her delivery details but without settling payment. Then disappeared thereafter. I have to text her and hoped she would reply. And later on she replied by saying that I accused her?? Joke! It’s a courtesy to let somebody know that you can’t settle the payment immediately. everybody is busy. It’s not an excuse.

the item was said brand new but it wasn't, unfortunately the machine stopped after using for few days

It was brand new. I will not post it as such if it wasn't. I have not used it, so how could I have known it doesn't work well. I am not responsible for the quality of the product. I am not a retailer. For all I know, the buyer could have broken it herself. Sorry the buyer is not satisfied, but I will not take the blame.
