The item I received is far from what was posted. There are several undeclared flaws that make the item unusable unless repaired, particularly the broken main zipper and the internal cracking of the print, which will eventually deteriorate into dust over time. While I appreciate that the seller apologized, the proposed resolution is unfair considering the actual condition of the item received.
