Very slow reply&inexperienced.It indicated item incld NM. Hwr seller underpaid d postage which is vry unreasonable.Item wrapped in a Watson plastic bag which supposed a min $0.6 bt only put 1 stamp of 1stlocal.I made online payment 16/8 n Seller claimed that he/she posted 17/8. I received seller update only on 18/8.Waited til 24/8 I received a notification "sender has underpaid d postage". I told seller bt til nw has no reply!Nw I hv to pay additional $ to get bck my item which was kept in PO!😫
