Hi sir Ken Apology na hindi natuloy. As mentioned sudden financial hiccup as 2 townhouse tenants during lock down were not able to make payments kasi wala daw work and when travel was allowed umalis walang paalam. Ended up with 4 months of unpaid rent and utilities plus repairs. Also after reviewing closely the pictures sent dial and lume of item was not as clean as I would want. So could not push through buying your item. I hope you were able to sell it. Happy selling.
